The Deer Creek Home Owners Association is a non-profit corporation, in accordance with subdivision covenants filed in Pierce County. Its purpose is to preserve the gracious residential environment at Deer Creek and make it one of the best neighborhoods to raise a family or a place to retire.
Our Mission
The HOA is responsible for the management and maintenance of common areas and the establishment of an architectural review committee. Covenants are available for viewing in link to the left. HOA by-laws are available from any of the board members.
